Their customer service is beyond excellent. They go above and beyond, and the quality is a 10″. My husband is the pickiest person in the world and they pleased him. They listen to the client. We had a pool and a hot tub, and we wanted to add a spa as part of the pool. We had nine different people come out, but nobody could figure out how to do it and make it look nice. They all wanted to make it look like a wart on the pool. Val came up with a beautiful design, and he executed it. He added the spa by integrating it with the pool, and it’s beautiful.
