2. Project Preparation - Layout of project, site access secured, and ‘work area’ marked off.

3. Demolition / Excavation - Site cleared of obstructions. Soil excavated.

4. Plumbing - Robust plumbing system for best flow and circulation.
5. Steel Work - All required structural steel is precisely manufactured and installed to meet engineering specifications.

6. Structural - Gunite/shotcrete is installed with a higher cement ratio than required, resulting in a stronger, more resilient pool shell.
7. Masonry - Tile, coping, and stonework are expertly installed in accordance with the approved design.

8. Equipment - All equipment—including controllers, pumps, filtration, heating, and sanitation systems—is professionally installed and configured for optimal performance.

9. Plaster - Pool's interior finish is applied, whether classic plaster or a premium pebble surface, delivering lasting beauty and durability.

10. Water - The pool is filled, all systems are started, and we conduct a thorough walkthrough so you feel confident managing and maintaining your investment.
